For P.E I made my own custom weights by getting a regular sized water bottle and put salt and water. My second idea was to get a 2 liter coka cola bottle and put dirt. There are so many weights in the world starting off at 5 pounds to 6,270 pounds by a guy named Paul Anderson in a back lift in 1985. My custom made weight is about pounds which is not that heavy but at least its a weight.
This will help me and other people because little weights help smaller muscle grow and help improve your endurance. But by lifting heavy weights your muscle grows faster and shows more muscle.
Smaller weights can also help other people because if they are barely starting to lift and gain muscle its better for them to start off low
like an average 5 pounds and then go up to 10 and then 15. Another reason is that if you start off high like at 20 pounds it will be harder
for you to gain muscle and you'll be tired more because your not at that level yet, you need to start off low.
